ALICE B. TAYLOR, C.N.M., N.P., M.P.H. Certified Nurse Midwife
Alice received her diploma in Nursing in 1968 from Roosevelt Hospital School of Nursing in New York, New York. Alice attended Humbolt State University, Arcata, California from 1971-1972 where she completed courses in Nutrition and General Studies. She received her Certificate in Nurse-Midwifery in 1978 from the College of Allied Health Care Professions at State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center, Brooklyn, New York, and completed a Master of Public Health in 1989 at Columbia University School of Public Health, Center for Population and Family Health, New York, New York.

LAWRENCE E. TAYLOR, D.O. Family Practice
Dr. (Ted) Taylor received his degree from the University of Missouri in 1976. After graduating from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1980, he completed a rotating internship at the Flint Osteopathic Hospital. Dr. Taylor is board certified in Family Practice by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. He is a member of the Oregon Medical Association, the Curry Medical Society, and the Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons of Oregon.

REGINALD G. WILLIAMS, M.D. Family Practice
Dr. Williams earned his medical degree from Temple University Medical School in 1971. He completed his internship and family practice residency at Deaconess Hospital in Spokane, Washington, in 1972. Dr. Williams is board certified and a diplomate of the American Academy of Family Practice. He is also ATLS and ACCS certified.
