LOWELL E. KOBRIN, M.D., Ph.d. Acupuncture & Gynecology Coos Bay
Dr. Kobrin received his B.S. degree from Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania, in 1965. He received his M.D. degree from Jefferson Medical College of Philadelphia in 1971 and his Ph.D. in anatomy from Thomas Jefferson University School of Graduate Studies in 1974. He completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, N.Y. in 1975, and became a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1977. Dr. Kobrin received his basic acupuncture training through the UCLA Medical Acupuncture for Physicians training program in 1984. He is board certified by both the American Board of Gynecology & the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture.
