JOHN K. MUENCHRATH, M.D. Coos Bay
Dr. Muenchrath received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Philosophy/Biology from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska in 1987. He earned his medical degree from Oregon Health Sciences University Medical School in Portland, Oregon in 1992. Dr. Muenchrath completed his preliminary Surgical Residency and his Urology Residency at University of Oklahoma Medical Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in 1997 and is Board Certified by the American Board of Urology.

LEO KUSUDA, M.D. Coos Bay
Dr. Kusuda was born in Newark, New Jersey. He received a B.E.S. in Bioengineering in 1977 from Johns Hopkins University. He completed his MD at Washington University in St. Louis, MO. He then completed his urology internship & residency at Oakland Naval Hospital in Oakland, CA. Dr. Kusuda also completed a urologic oncology fellowship at Memorial Sloane-Kettering Cancer Center in New York. He completed his military career in the US Navy in Chesapeake, Virginia and served from 1981 through 2007 when he retired with the rank of Captain. He is board certified through the American Board of Urology , a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and member of the American Urological Association, American Association of Clinical Urologists, Society of Government Services Urologists, and the Oregon Medical Association.
